Talespin Incident - Slow loading

Resolved - At 2:38a PST, we experienced a Sev-1 issue with extremely slow loading times (20 min +) loading Talespin App, Co-Pilot Designer 3D Playback and Co-Pilot Designer Performance Editor. As of 4:28a PST, the pervasive issue resolved itself but is still occurring intermittently. Engineering is looking into the intermittent issue to drive a resolution. The Sev-1 incident is closed.
